The Current Situation: Our masjid’s parking lot is in dire need of urgent repair. Over time, the asphalt has deteriorated significantly — large potholes have formed, certain sections are sinking, and the surface has become uneven and hazardous. This not only poses a danger to vehicles but also creates a safety risk for those walking to and from the masjid, especially during busy prayer times and community events.

The Scope of Repairs: After thorough consultation and a diligent search for the most reasonable options, we obtained bids from reputable companies. The necessary work will include:

• Excavating and refilling potholes to stabilize the foundation

• Repaving the entire lot to create a smooth, even surface

• Repainting parking lines and directional markings to ensure organized and safe parking

• Addressing sinking sections to prevent further damage and future hazards

 The most competitive bid we received for this comprehensive repair project is in line with the target amount.
