Our community has been eager to welcome a full-time Imam to the Islamic Center of Boise. After a thorough search and months of constructive dialogue, we extended a formal offer to a qualified candidate. He respectfully declined due to personal circumstances.

In the spirit of transparency, we want you to know that we worked in good faith to accommodate the candidate’s substantive requests and presented a comprehensive offer. The package met or exceeded typical levels for comparable roles in communities of similar size and cost of living.
